This is one of the tutorials that you should follow to bring the Galaxy Y you "online" for the first time. You have to understand with a clear method on how you can open the back cover of the battery casing so you
can assemble the battery, insert the SIM card and microSD card installed (optional) to the Galaxy Y. Remember to do it with caution. Of course you need to know how to charge the battery.
